How Do I Place An Order?
Simply, send me a detailed email describing the custom design that you would like. Be as specific as possible. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month to be created.....not including shipping time.
Shipping
Once you have gone through with your shopping excursion....you can decide which shipping is right for you.
I will give you a quick quote letting you know how much it will cost....depending on how large the piece is, where it is being shipped to, and also whether you would need tracking on your shipped item,

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, and etransfers....in person, over the phone or by email.
Wherever I collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to me in a secure way.
Returns & Refunds
I would be happy to work with you to figure out a solution, should you not be satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges can be made on certain items only. No refunds..
